Creative Direction, Art Direction and Storyboarding work done for Nucco.
We worked with Biopsychology teachers from Southern New Hampshire University to design three VR experiences for the Oculus Quest that would help prove the validity of Virtual Reality as a learning tool and help students understand Neurotransmission,Neural Conduction and Neural Integration.
Our focus was on designing a strong user experience that would support and assess learning objectives, demonstrating a clear positive impact on the learning of the subjects, as opposed to solely text-based learning. The content created includes full narration, room-scale explorable environments, detailed and accurate 3D animated models as well as interactive tasks designed to help the students familiarize with the subject matter.
I was responsible for the creative and art direction, working with the Client to ensure that learning objectives would be met and User Experience would as immersive and simple as possible. I created design documents, rough sketches, storyboards and worked with a team of designers, 3D modellers, animators, sound designers and developers.
